utah was supposed to be better than both teams and have played the hardest schedule in the nba so far and i guess they think jazz will play better after getting smoked by the magic in mexico on saturday

Jazz are underperforming for sure, but the simple answer is books apparently still have Utah power rated 1.5 points better than the Lakers and Portland. I actually have no problem with that...yet! Peripherals still suggest Jazz are better than their record as of now and they appear to be at full strength.

I hadn't even noticed Utah's brutal SOS, so yes this line makes sense and I even have Utah as a possible play (but have not pulled trigger).

IMO they have not been the home team they have been in the past and their road games have been about even.

Their play at home has been much better the last several weeks, they've struggled on the road at the beginning of the year they had injuries.
