The only problem with post review is that your post goes up at the time you submitted and not when it gets approved

So some threads I might say good luck as the 5th reply or so, it'll finally get posted after 40+ replies and Noone sees it snuck in at the 5th replu because who rereads the first page every single time. Other than that it is perfect.
