I agree with the original statement ...Navy is bad this year. If it was talent only based, then Army wins by 20. The rivalry factor may keep the game closer, but I’d say Army still wins by 10.

I’d certainly stay away from the Navy +7 side.

My guess is the line will close around +9 or +10 as the bets start coming in.
