I have a 5 team teaser +300 that is now riding on the Eagles +1
used full 7 pts to get ohio state to -9.5
(looked really smart when Buckeyes were only up 10 after 3 after getting beat up for most of the 3rd Q)
other plays were Rams -3 off a bye week knowing the Saints had lost and they have a huge opportunity to recapture HFA. Lions won a couple str8 and got lucky AF vs Panthers.
Seattle -3... just seemed too easy and it was. Figured they would blow them out but you never know in the NFL and have to spot bet teasers with NFL teams
Titans -2.... don't know how they went down 16-0 at home to the lowly Jets when it was a must win for the Titans to keep any hope of a WC birth alive. They knew the Colts had lost... don't get it.

So my point here is...
The Redskins will probably win straight up. I hardly ever cash teasers or parlays that have more than 4 legs. They aren't my favorite type of bets... teasers that is.
I am grateful that I did pick games that found a way to keep the teaser alive on a day when underdogs won str8 up everywhere.
The Eagles are another must win game at home by a team to stay in hunt for division/wildcard.... the Panthers loss helps. The Vikings loss helps. Eagles should be very motivated here vs a backup QB. They can get to 6-6 and and stay within striking distance of the Cowboys even for the division.
Eagles will give max effort here and never fold even if they play bad early on... just like the Titans did today.

By the way, the line move on Was vs PHL is moving the wrong way and that's bad for the Eagles backers.
The Eagles aren't going to blow out the Redskins, but I can hope that they eek out a win like they did against the Giants since all I need is for them to win only. I just don't want them pulling the same crap they did against the Giants falling behind a ton before deciding to make a comeback. I really rather not watch a game like that and have to sweat through it all to the end.Comment -

Nothing personal jj, but now you said "Phila the play" I may have to hedge my bets and take 1/2.
But then, my hedge bets in the last 8 weeks already cost me $2,000 plus in winnings so I don't know what to make of it anymore. Just letting the original bets ride instead of hedging would have netted me extra $2,000 and that's a big chunk of change.Comment -
The Eagles do have the pass rush and with the weak offensive line for Washington due to injuries, it could happen. But, their best RB is back from his rib injury and that's not good. Here is the thing about this game's line movement.
According to Sports Insights, 61% of the betting is on the Eagles and yet the line is moving down as more books are now at 5.5. It's almost as if the books already know what they think will happen to the game and they are begging more of the Eagles bets when it's the losing side.
I hope it's because more of the public is on Washington total money wise and the books are simply adjusting the line to get to the middle since the line move is not consensus across all books like what happened with Texas and OU where all books simultaneously moved the line to OU -9.5.
I know books cannot always predict the right outcome as Texas could have covered that game easily if the idiot Texas QB doesn't throw a pick and instead gets a TD right in the end.
For the op's sake and mine too, I hope the Eagles just win the game regardless of the final score.Comment -
