Man, I honestly can't remember.

I used to take a total break during the MLB All Star Break.

I don't think I did this year.

Not make money if I'm not generating and plays and hitting them. Even the years I didn't bet MLB, I was betting WNBA and CFL.

I might have taken a complete summer off a 3 or 4 times in more than 20 years.

Ya, by choice. Just got burnt out and after a month of not looking at scores I didn't miss it or even think about it anymore. I came back when I felt like coming back. I am not addicted to gambling. There are plenty of other things in life that are just as fun. I think I missed talking to the sbr crew more than the gambling on games to be honest.

After Black Monday in '87 I was earning a lot less but still gambling big.

Came to a point had to decide if I wanted my wife, family and home, or wanted to keep gambling.

Cold turkey for 12 or 13 years.

Wife got to keep the house in the end anyway. But still worth it

And came back knowing how to handle it this time around.

I usually quit for a few months every year and don't bet much after the superbowl, but will still go to vefas and shoot off. Unlike other things in my life, my gambling has not been out of control. Funny enough I never really gambled until I was a senior in college. Went to Laughlin, put 10 bucks on #11 and hit it.

Mid 2015 to January 2017. I won a big chunk and decided to travel a bit of the world got with the girlfriend a few months before and was just enjoying doing other things and to give my brain a rest was nice and made coming back to it feel special again.

since 2017 max would be a few days here and there.
