If I lose a bet, I want to get it back immediately. How do you guys stop yourselves from doing this? My winning % after winning a bet is probably twice as high as my winning % after placing a losing bet. If I could just stop myself from going on tilt Im a monster. I hammer live totals like they are going out of style.

Well, I will say this. You handicap and make your picks. After that you stop. If you are betting more games after that just because you have outcomes you didn't like you will only be playing right into the books hands. Any bet made by emotion will lose you money because almost 100% of those bets have zero real handicapping involved. You just have to remind yourself it is a long process. You have to remind yourself there are always plays tomorrow. Losing streaks are inevitable, just like winning streaks. You can't lose your shit over one play or one day of plays. they should make an app for troubled bettors only lets u make one bet at a time if u win u can place another if u lose ur account gets shut down for 24 hours until u can place next bet, people would cap so hard and be so sharp no more playing the next game going off board in 5 minsComment -

I can model all day and bet smart or at least I think smart but let me get with some friends and drinking beers boom pull my phone out and hit the lines for sure, high amounts and roll of the dice type bets!
