He set us back because the blue chip players don't want to go here. Before mack they went to either texas or oklahoma. A few went to lsu. Now they go to texas am,baylor , tcu in state. Ohio st,florida ,okla, penn st and many of the major programs. You aren't a texas fan so may not understand. We are an after thought.

You were an afterthought before he got there too. You won 7 games a year in the 11 years before he became the Texas coach. He won the most games of any college football coach in the country from 1990-2013, but somehow he set you back.....

What he did was overachieve with your mediocre ass program and give you a sense of entitlement. Then you run him off when he's only making Holiday and Alamo bowls for 4 years, didn't give him the chance he deserved to get back to the big winning, and hire Charlie Strong to show you idiots what Texas football is REALLY all about.

+1000%. College fans in general are spoiled brats. Don't win a championship every other year and you suck. Some idiot Clemson fans were actually bitching about the margin of victory over South Carolina not being big enough. 12-0 and complaining . Watch how fast they backpedal should Dabo entertain leaving.

Carolina usually has pretty good players, NFL rosters are littered with them, the teams just haven't been very good. They were under Brown. As MP said, nobody here thinking championship, let's start with being respectable.
