    bodog payout delaying tactics or real issues?
    I had received an e mail after soliciting a payout, this e mail is requesting information on may delivery address that is the same for the last 14 years.
    I sent a replay back via mail and it will be answered after 72HOURS due to volume.
    then try the live chat, and every time that i try , it goes blank.
    Now I am waiting on the phone over 30 minute for someone, and suppose to be the 1st in line , however the annoying music still planing.

      I think they are having site issues. I had the same blank chat issue last night and the grading was very slow. I had to email them advising of the grading issue. However, I have not experience any payout delays from them in quite some time. Hope this gets resolved for you and the funds in your hands sooner than later.

          The question is why are they requesting adress confirmation when they send payments on regular bases

              after 1.20 minutes got to talk to a customer service.
              they need it to see if my postal code uses a - or space and if is wit capital letters or spaces!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
              now it may take up to 48 hours to review it and maybe more to process it .

                  Unreal. That is unacceptable for a long time player to be jerked around like that. The good thing is, I have ALWAYS received my payouts from them regardless of delays. I might try a small payout in a couple of weeks to see if I encounter any postal code issues like you are.

                          It was released after I explained that the delivery is my office in an industrial park, not my home address.
                          Apparently bodog is looking at Google maps to confirm the address,
