Exactly, and I also think if you're going to talk politics its not a good look for Urban Meyer to be in the final four after the domestic violence case before the season started, Meyer getting to the final four makes the punishment Meyer received look like nothing.

But IF Ohio State wins today, they could easily move up 3-4 spots. I get they are not as good as past years and they are not REALLY one of the 4 best teams in the country, but I don't think Notre Dame is a legit top 4 either. Don't underestimate Big Ten champion bias.

But again, hopefully we will not have to find out.

And someone mentioned UCF, they have absolutely ZERO chance to make Playoff, no non-Power 5 team (except Notre Dame) will ever make Playoff as long as it is only 4 teams. I get that it is not fair, but it is reality.

Ohio State is not good this year. Purdue crushed them. Nebraska had a chance to beat them. Maryland took them to OT. Something is just not clicking with Ohio State this year.

If Ohio State won on the road maybe, but not at home, a win at home by 5 or less they have zero chance to move up 4 teams. The committee very clearly made Oklahoma 6 for a reason, they have a much better resume than Ohio State. If Oklahoma wins out they will get in.

Oklahoma will get in over OSU. OSU is held to a higher standard than OU. OU defense is actually worse. Giving up 700 yards last nite and the refs taking away 2 TDs from WVU kept it under 800 yards.
Can you imagine a team in the playoffs that gives up yards like that. But they will get in.

Oklahoma's defense isn't any worse than Ohio State's they just play in the big 12, they don't get to play quarterbacks like Lewerke, if Purdue with Blough put up 35 on Ohio State West Virginia and OKlahoma would put up at least 50 on them.

Much better offense than most teams in the big ten so it makes it just as tough to win games because you have to outscore people.
