Hello I created a account for my brother yesterday. They ended up freezing it. No same bets were made, no bets over limit, no poker was played. He has. .278 in the account has this ever happend to anyone before?

It’s a silly rule that sites take overboard but most of the time catch people breaking rules, or using it in a negative way.
It’s funny they sure bug the hell out of you about referring people and bonuses but look for any way possible to connect the accounts and then freeze em. Not sure who people refer, mass email chains to strangers?
My guess is if you didn’t bet the same game, you either had negative balance or he took a first deposit bonus which is the most common reason people create multiple accounts or “accounts in family members names”Comment -
