At least the current line is on the upside of 7 points, i.e. -7.5 for the Eagles, which from my experience of following the lines indicates the favorite will win big more so than not, but the Cowboys are really desperate so who knows. Regardless, I'm not sure that's enough to beat the Eagles or cover the spread.
