Two easy rules: automatic challenges on scoring plays and turnovers.

Turnover on downs is a turnover.
Rams shouldn't need to challenge the spot, or be charged timeout.

Part of my capping was knowing saints get calls. Always do. WAit till saints driving to win it, throw incomplete pass, and refs throw flag on Donald for breathing on brees!! Seen it a 100x!!! Lol
