Your recipe is missing some important, traditional ingredients, so lemme brighten you day If I can cause you need to carve out a few bucks of your winnings and treat yourself. I frequently make this for guests and nearly every time they say, "Thats the best steak Ive ever had." Instead of cooking individual steaks for everyone I get one or two big London Broils (10x cheaper and if you do it right its 10x better.)

To your Chimichurri recipe above add: 1 finely chopped shallot, 2 teaspoons of fresh oregano, Cilantro (same amount as parsley). Also the (Oregano, parsley and cilantro all need to be fresh not dried). Another key point isI always buy a special italian extra virgin expensive oilve oil and keep it only for this recipe. Never blend or put in a food processor, just rough cut chop.

Slice the steaks against the grain thin and cook medium rare on the grill in a cast iron skillet and finish with lots of butter. Then drizzzle w the Chimi and enjoy Rambo Style.!!!!
