The players are not quitting, they are playing hard for jobs and millions of dollars. Example if they are not playing hard and get cut by Raiders they have nowhere to go because look worthless to anyone else. There is major discourse with Gruden, Carr and the players. As a whole they may not care or plan very well, but individually not quitting. The problem people don't see and Gruden does is that his players overall suck so it looks like they aren't trying. Many will be gone next year in the blowup but nobody isn't trying on the field. The Raiders are not a good team and Carr is now in the Jay Cutler stage of life.Comment -
