Honestly I don’t think gruden made a bad move yet - when he knew this was a full rebuilt- nobody would give mack 144 million if there rebuilding a team? Cooper is overrated AF- got a 1st round pick - I think you can win with carr - he’s still young

off the top of my head i can't think of any coaches that pulled off a rebuild long term other than the cowboys with jerry and jimmy. that was god knows how many years ago and it took the vikings help and some money drafts.
