However, we cannot all of a sudden say 1 loss versus 0 losses means nothing. This used to be the crux of many a playoff or BCS ranking. Now it's just like The Pre-Season polls all over again - a popularity/beauty contest.

they also destroyed pittsburgh this year who's beaten a now ranked syracuse and went toe to toe with ND who needed a bogus P.I. call at the end to win that game. ucf schedule strength isnt great but theyve proven the last year and a half they can beat ranked teams. in bball teams like that get to the dance but many of them have to win their conference tournament to get in, where as the big conferences youll have 7 or 8 teams from a conference to get in, those teams sometimes have 10 losses the smaller schools have to kill goliath in sports to get a chance just to get to postseason.
