Today my account moved up to Platinum. I had to chat with someone named Jeff to request it. He stated my account was under review for “ recreational vs professional “ and did not automatically move up because I was winning. I asked him how many Diamond players they have and he stated “ several “... he did move me up manually and also stated he did not think my account would be marked “ professional “ but apparently if you win there then sooner or later the rewards program is gone. Does this sound normal?

Yes, pretty standard, but you usually don't get forewarning.
If you are a sharp style player, max betting early lines, beating the closing line most of the time, you'll eventually be taken off bonus/points programs.
If you're just a regular player on a good run probably no need to be concerned..Comment -
