Yeah, they used to run a series of free one day courses. I have not seen them mentioned in a year or two, but that could be just due to me having already taken them. Worth asking.

First one was at Parramatta and was just to get newbies heads around the idea of an exchange and explain the different possible strategies people use. I'd say it saved me MONTHS of dicking around learning it myself. If I ever got that far alone.

The second one was at Sydney casino and was awesome... it was a pro live horse trader explaining in depth how that works, and doing it live on the big screen in real time.

Would highly recommend and bet they do the same in USA once BF running widely there.

I'd never used an exchange before the first time. I remember asking a dumb question like "how will you get enough people to bet against us normal bettors?"

I knew nothing at the time. And I walked out after 1 day knowing more than half their users. It was very useful.
