Basing this play on nothing other than I know Arkansas State is typically pretty solid and Appalachian State is backed heavily by the public. At home, I think the Red Wolves are more than capable of hanging in this one with a chance to pull off an upset.

And yes, I’m fully aware that Appalachian State is a very good team.

App State taking control now. I hedged with a little on Under 30.5 at halftime. I capped it at 43-24 so not sure why I took Over versus App State -9.5?

They're not very good. Phil Steele bet Over 8.5 wins for them coming in but they suck. They gave up over 300 rushing to UNLV at home & they're one of the worst teams in college football usually.
