I get a good laugh whenever I hear these snake oil salesmen

I believe they are on at 8am local time on saturday and sunday mornings, usually hear them while out running errands before kickoff

Yanks with the season on the line might pull out all the stops out of the pen. Still, Boston just looked so confident and good last night.. Gotta think that carries over to today... It's like the Redsox woke up in that last game...

Hard to bet against them... Yanks aren't a power house this year.. I always thought their pitching was their weakest link at times and that will be put to the test tonight with CC.....

Bullpen yankees biggest advantage but despite them nearly stealing game 1 from the shaky sox pen the bullpens have been meaningless. 3 games, 3 starters knocked out early and the opposing team winning.

I think we are due for a 2-2 game through 4 or 5 innings with both starters out.

Both starters probably get roughed up, but Porcello could go either way.. Depends which version of him shows up..

The Red Sox are hoping to see the version of Porcello, who was 2-0 with a 2.31 ERA in four starts against the Yankees during the regular season.

During the regular season, CC Sabathia was 1-0 with a 4.50 ERA in three starts against the Red Sox.

If you believe that jibbers then play the over cause porcello has never fared well in the Bronx. I trust cc way more than porcello in this spot. He has been great vs yanks in his home park including some terrific starts vs them in Boston this year, but he lifetime 1-4 w 5+ era in his 7 starts in Bronx, including getting tagged for 5 in his only start there this year. This one going 5!!

Cept the whole paying -130 for 8.5, I will never agree w that strategy, I actually prefer selling runs on mlb totals to get plus money, would never pay the extra juice to get off a push. I know you disagree and only worried bout this game but long term it just not worth the price compared to the few extra wins it will get you..

I always like to buy the half a run or half a point in BIG prime time games in most sports.. Games usually end up right on the set lines and you can and will get squeezed.. I pick my spots though...

Take the Cleveland Browns game on Sunday for example as the set line was -3. So if you get the +3.5 points at -125 you win rather then push like I did...

Fair point, I have never thought about it potentially being a difference in the playoffs where lines certainly can be tighter. My selling runs for plus money on totals def a regular season venture. Might play over, I dunno, have a lot down on yanks. Gl buddy

I had to edit that brain fart by JIBS. Browns won the game by 3 points.. They were the dogs by +3.. Still in over time it eased the stress knowing I couldn't lose the bet with a field goal.. That 1/2 point never did factor into the final score though..
