I am in California and I've seen a new hurricane of illegals pouring in and meeting up with other illegal family members that live here now.. I speak to illegals and they tell me what is up..

Mexicans got the word that there are more jobs coming since Trump took office and they are trying harder then ever to get across the weak and basically open borders..

When are people and developers gonna learn?? Seriously... Stock up on canned foods and bottled water, get a generator and store extra gas... It's just that simple.. Make it so you can last weeks inside.. When I move to Florida one day I will have this right near the beach!!!

Build it strong and high.. Dig those steel foundation pillars deep into the earth.. I'm a contractor by trade from years ago and know these things...

I'll tell you guys, the best times to buy land is after a major disaster.. Earthquake or hurricane zones!!! I remember when the Northridge Earthquake hit and apartment buildings were red tagged and crumbling.. Banks were giving them away.. I remember when New Orleans was under water and those bank owned properties or lots were dirt cheap as banks were giving them away.. I remember... etc...

Can buy properties that are destroyed for cheap when disasters hit, people walk away from their destroyed properties.. Banks take them over and they are not in the business to wait, rehab and sell for top dollar.. They sell for pennies on the dollar to wipe their books clean.. REO's!!!.

I'll be ready and waiting one day to buy that lot of land with a trashed home on top for pennies near the beach or in danger zones... Blue Prints ready for the build high project near the ocean....

I got real retirement plans in the works one day!!!!

Good point on illegals to teach me Spanish.. I actually know a few people that learned Spanish by dating illegals and just by watching Spanish TV with Sub titles if you can believe that.. I took Spanish classes in college years back and used flash cards and can speak a little now in all seriousness...

Learning a new language is a biiitch as an adult.. Best to move to that Country for a few months and learn it the hard way by living in it... You will have no choice but to learn and speak the language and fast to survive..

Roofs can fly off.. That sucks.. Flying debri's can slam into your home also... That sucks too.. Massive water surge and it's game over...

Should have power if you have a generator and hook it directly up to your main breaker power box in your home... By pass city electricity and fire up that generator..

... Those little Honda generators are the best.. They just keep running...

This little bad boy will get the job done!!! You're spending about 3 grand for this baby.. Not cheap... This is the best you can buy though that's portable.... Can run up to 20 hours on one tank fill up... So you fill it up once a day..

Even the 3000 will get the job done for half the price of the big boy...

They do get over hyped... In reality though -

Population is always growing so more and more people get ruined these days.. We've always had Hurricanes in our history but not as many people cramming in on the coast lines. So that will always create more deaths, just that simple.. That gives you the illusion that the Hurricanes today are more powerful and deadly when they are really not...

Poor people don't leave either, they gut it out in their old homes..
