Guy's obviously a shot taker to be limited to such small stakes at those books. BOL especially.

That's what they do to angle shooters. Not winners. If you're genuinely very good, they will either close your account and usually tell you why. Or leave you with usable limits, flag your account as sharp and move lines on your big bets. True sharps don't get disrespected with 5 buck limits. That's for douche canoes they prefer to keep an eye on to help spot bad lines etc.
