I was thinking the same thing about the fix when it started raining flags. Setting a team back to 2nd & 30 at such a pivotal moment in the game is a death nail to the offense 90% of the time and the officials felt compelled to provide an assist to the Broncos who were walking a tight rope.Originally posted by recon1
But when the QB goes off-script and rips a 23 yard strike to get it to 3rd and manageable, it's tough to pull a third flag out of your ass to get the desired outcome without looking like a complete cringefest, so the league just had to live with the consequences at that point lol.Comment
