You can't call the second TO there, no way. Even the third down play was bad, because they used their first TO. They would have better rushing to the line and running the play without calling any timeouts. If they failed, about 1 minute left, but 3 timeouts.

Agree 100% with the timeouts. The play, if it hits, we would all say what a great call so I’m not going to bash it. They were expecting all out blitz, so they figured to sneak a running play when everybody was going after the quarterback
