As more and more states open books, players with score influence and refs will be on the take. Will be not much more that around $1000 if they dont plan on getting caught. Cant go and drop 5K on a 14pt dog moneyline or ya draw eyes. DOes everyone need a players card at the casinos to bet? Be the only way to have an eye on some players and refs/officials.
