I just bought a $120 pair of designer jeans from Macy's that were on sale.. I remember when Levis jeans loose fits were $20 bucks a pop back in the day and cool looking.. Times have changed.. Looking good costs money for sure..

These are the jeans I bought but a little more loose fit looking and I look a little cooler wearing them rather in the pic below hopefully.. I'm going for the nice black t-shirt faded jean look I guess.. I hope I don't look gay sporting them.. Fashion is big I try to keep up.

Tips for aging men if you wanna look good in any clothes -

All you have to do is do stretch for 5 minutes to start off the morning and to loosen up first, don't want to get injured:

1) Pick up heavy dumb bells that you have at home and do one set of 30 rep arm curls standing

2) Then immediately do one set of shoulder lifts 10 reps with that same weight..

3) Then immediately use those same dumb bells to do 15 rep military press standing again for your shoulders.. Your shoulders and arms should be burning after that and you should be breathing hard..

4)Then while you are still warmed up and breathing hard go down to the floor and do as many pushups you can... 30 pushups slow with good form will be probably good enough once you get in shape..

Do this every morning for a few months and your upper body will change.. I promise!!! I don't care if you are fat or skinny or out of shape now.. All it takes about 10 minutes tops every morning.. Everyone has time for that!!!!

I do that now everyday at age 50 and still have the shoulders, arms and chest and I can fill out a t-shirt.. If you got skinny arms, narrow shoulders and a saggy fat or flat chest you're gonna look like a girl.. Just that simple..

These are the 4 rapid fire exercises I'm talking about doing daily every morning for just 10 minutes of your time.. Do it for 3 months straight and you'll thank me, do it for the rest of your life and you'll look pretty good in shirts for the rest of your life..
