TMS, you should be able to make your picks. So far, no one has been eliminated in the contest, but remember one of the contest rule:

"You must make 5 plays each week to be eligible for that week's free play prize, and must have made 70 total plays (participated for 14 weeks) to be eligible for the $50,000 in cash prizes".

Users who have made 0 picks need to submit all 5 picks week 4 through week 17 to make the minimum 70 required to be money eligible. There are no issues with your account. What browser are you using? Try to go incognito/private if you're having a problem, or clear cookies.
