BetOnline/Sportsbetting Live Betting Issue?

Has anybody encountered this issue?

I tried to make a live bet, but it failed to post. I then made the bet again (with the updated odds).

Unfortunately, later on when I logged in, the amount that I tried to originally wager was still deducted from my account.

The ticket shows up in the "All Transactions" page, but if you expand that, there is no TICKET / ACCEPTED / TYPE / RISK / TO WIN / STATUS / DESCRIPTION associated with the ticket, like with other tickets.

The wager doesn't even show up in the "Graded Wagers" page.

Update: Chat wasn't helpful yesterday - telling me it was a loss wager. I decided to email them instead and they fixed the issue this morning. Phew.
