Big move at Pinn from -2 1/2 to PK

Some books moved to Minn -1 1/2

Now Minn back to +1 1/2

Very strange action here

Only thing I can figure is some big whale hit Minn at Pinn which knocked the line down and sharps then came in and took the value on the move

Could be line manipulation all in about 4-5 minutes time

Big money groups can do this although I don't know how they are not banned

It looks like line manipulation more than steam. In 1-2 minutes it moved 2 1/2 points toward Minn. Then the last 2-3 minutes it moved 2 points toward Maryland.

This is usually a case where a group or person is looking for a certain number and will bet a large sum on a side and then bet an even larger sum on the other side to achieve +EV

It can get them banned for life from any book if they're not careful so my assumption is they come under different accounts and names
