        If he is found innocent in court he can sue Cubs for lost wages.

            The Cubs didn't even suspend him, MLB did. And there is no sign that there is going to be any kind of court action. Plus, courts don't find people innocent. It's guilty vs. guilty. The burden of proof in a civil or administrative matter is totally different.\

                        I assume MLB has a CBA they’re adhering to. Wonder if the players union has appealed the punishment. If not, I they probably agree with the punishment
