First time I played there for a while, and I can see it's quite different.

I had a streak of 5 games, and should get the 25 bonus dollars.

In the rules, it says

Prizes MUST be claimed within 30 days.Once claimed, the prize money may take up to 24 hours to be credited.

I assume you claim the prize by emailing them, which I did, but it's been about 5 days and I haven't gotten anything.

Am I doing something wrong?

Go on live chat and they will give you your free play. Don’t know why it just doesn’t hit your account automatically but that’s how I finally got mine.
