Baseball parlays: Do all casinos not let you put the game and o/u in same parlay?

Pretty common in many sports not to be allowed to parlay the total and a side in the same match.

It can also depend on the total/odds ratio at some books which games they allow it for and which not.

For soccer in EU bookies you have a plenty markets/offers with combinations.

Match Odds + over/under
Match Odds + both teams to score,
Same markets for diferent periods, first half, second...
And much more.

But keep in mind that here is big juice.
Sharp bettors do not play at these markets.

Some books allow and some dont. I just did a 3 team teaser on Tuesday (BetDSI), Red Sox ML +150, RedSox/Yankees Over 9.5 +115, Rangers ML +185. Shop around different books.

Sometimes allowed, sometimes not.
5 Dimes Sportsbook Main will usually allow it if you take the line offered.
5 Dimes Ultra (Live) will never allow same game parlay.
