I think the Lakers will get him though. Too much of a risk for other teams because he could leave next summer -Lakers are the top destination imo so they can gamble. Even if he did leave they'd have other FAs lining up.

I'm not too excited in the direction the Lakers are going. I believe you let youth movements grow slowly. Bringing in a guy like Butler with his knee problems isn't a good thing necessarily.

So true. When I grew up guys wanted to take each other's heads off, not making super teams.

Now if you're trying to build a team and draft well, a guy can be like "I don't like Minnesota" and demand a trade. It's a joke and just unwatchable.
