Agreed Eli is trash but his offensive line is God awful and a huge reason why he can't have any success finding his receivers downfield.

Eli is a throw em open style of qb. Guess what - Shurmur is a possession type offensive mind. No turnovers - possession type throws - move the chains 10 yards at a time. Either wrong qb for the coach or the wrong coach for the qb.

no offensive line no nothing with stone feet quarterbacks it doesn't matter about anything else. guys like Wilson/Rodgers can make it work from time to time but that is the most important unit on 99% of any offense in the nfl.

Eli won a superbowl.. Protect him and he'll deliver the ball.. Rush him and get in his face and he's an interception or fumble waiting to happen.. Giants should have invested more in the OL... Gotta dominate the line of scrimmage if you don't have a mobile QB.. Like they do for Tom Brady..
