Eovaldi will follow and he has been struggling as has the Sox pen. Good value here.

Need to get your facts right. He's going around 50 pitches.I bet he goes 4 to 5 innings

If I knew a pitcher was going 50 pitches as a manager, every guys job would be to build pitch count for the first 2 innings. No first pitch swings

Chris sale is good at throwing strikes though. He also would adapt to that.amazing pitcher. Probably best in the league.

Report was two innings, just read 40 pitches, but certainly will be limited and I highly doubt he makes it into the 5th.

Don’t think OP was saying he’s going to get rocked. He’s saying Red Sox are getting Chris sale starting the game odds when he’s not going to be throwing a real game. So you’re getting +310 against Sox bullpen essentially. Still one of the best teams in baseball so always a tough one, but from an odds perspective not terrible.
And even if he did adapt he’s not going to throw 100% strikes. And you can do things like fight off pitches etc. entire goal would be to not let the guy through the 3rd inning if he was on a 50 pitch count
