BTC confirmation delays

Anyone else experiencing delays today?

waiting on a Bookmaker BTC withdrawal to Gemini. Only 1 confirmation so far after 6 hours. Usually takes only an hour.

I haven't sent any BTC since last week. But it was very very quick.

BTC price is down by a decent amount today. Last night (Tuesday) around 7400, currently at 6900+....that might be a reason for more activity on the blockchain today....just a guess.

There is currently a backlog of almost 20k unconfirmed bitcoin transactions, which means, if bookmaker sent with a low fee, you are going to be waiting a while longer.

Finally got it.

Of course i got hammered by the price drop. Always happens to drop every time I take a withdrawal
