No one said it was a for sure thing. It was more about the fact it wasn't even looked at. That play without a doubt should have been reviewed and would have been if FSU didn't hurry to the line. Whether or not it would have been overturned for a TD who knows but definitely was worth a second look.

Well I am not as sure as you are. When the rules official up in the booth says it 100% should have been reviewed I would go with that over a VT fan but that is just me and I have half a grand on VT.

The players shin was clearly down and also they could have looked at that play without stopping the action, not saying that happened but it's possible.
