it takes about 1 week per payout. The process was time consuming and you have to check up on it multiple times via live chat, many customer service reps were confused and said i had a rollover (which was complete) or said I didn't have one pending. The website has a good tracking system though, and the transaction ID is critical to know... basically i learned that if i provided that number right off the bat, things were much easier.
