It’s even harder to win long term in sports betting than it is in poker. Since the game is completely out of your control after you bet.

The only good thing about sports betting is that it’s hard to bankrupt yourself doing it, at least over the short term. Even a lousy sports bettor will win 50% of their bets. It’s not like poker where a bad player will win about 5% of their games and be homeless in a month.

I dont think many people find Rugby or div 3 soccer worth betting not because they dont want to win but winning a game based on 3.31893 implied advantage is not as sexy as Mahomes is on fire and they have won 7 straight and I heard all about it on ESPN and they are wrong and I am right, now that is fun!
