Couldn't see any reason why someone would like to be paid in cash then via electronic methods that are tracked if you wanna convert. Sure there's some headache ways of getting cash for them but not easy.

I haven't worked a job since early 14' have a few investments but majority income is poker then sports. One of my closest friends, who's one of the most profitable poker players of all time/author has gambled professionally for going on 20 years. My guess is now adays he's made more $ off of his endorsements and books but still makes a pretty good amount in cash games.
