Think Brees is a good bet here.

Brees is pretty consistent every year. Always up there in yards passing, attempts and completion percentage. Throwing the most TDs is attainable.

Sam Bradford at 14000 is a steal. Should he remain healthy, the passing numbers he tends to put up(when over an entire season) will at least vault him into the upper echelon of TD pass performers. And a lot of good, older QBs like Brees, Brady, Roethlisburger, Rivers that can miss action with injury.
