NJ & vegas were testing all this app/website stuff in the 90's way before NJ became legal online sports /poker. When i got the info I knew sports betting would happen in NJ. Why would they test if they were not going to do it. That is why silver did an about face on his position. It was just a head fake all along.. They were waiting for technology to catch up.
