These women should get paid. Not paying these women comparable salaries to their male counterparts is why we still have gender inequality. Pretty disgusting when these women get paid a pittance and the men get more than they could ever spend. Don't care where the money comes from, but I'm sure the NBA could subsidize the WNBA. I'd like to see a minimum 1 million dollar salary, these women play hard and they deserve it.

I see you like to deal with one symptom of inequality and indeed it is rampant in the workplace.

But why not deal with the roots of the inequality? Paying women the same will do nothing to make them equal to the men.

The men draw thousands and thousands more people to the games every night.

The women don't.

How do plan to deal with this gender inequality?

You can band aid the issue and throw money at the women, but it does nothing for the gender inequality that is the root of the symptom you are complaining about.

Crazy with the WNBA, even with aggressive NBA marketing, and some serious all stars, it still has troubles.

I saw a little league softball game on ESPN.

I have no idea where to even find a little league softball league. When I was in little league, girls just played on a baseball team if they wanted to.

Help what? I don't see a problem in the first place. The whole reason people watch sports is because the players are the best at what they do(and these females are not), or there is a connection to the team whether that be familial or traditional like with a college. If I wanted to watch mediocre athletes throw up bricks I'd watch pick up games at the YMCA for free

How about the gender inequality in porn? The men get paid less than the women do. Why? Because no one is there to see the men. How about modeling? Male models on average make about 25% of what females do. Why? Because it's females who pay attention to the clothes the women are wearing and drive the market. Not rocket science.
