    Suggestions required about ewallets
I see Skrill and Neteller as payment methods listed in almost every major bookmaker on internet. In fact, so many don't want to disclose their credit card details that they use Skrill and Neteller(as their own posts mention) as payment method. Aside from all that, Skrill probably has tens of thousands of customers(as Wikipedia mentions). Skrill was bought by Paysafe group(involves Neteller) few years ago.

Both e-wallets have got a huge number of negative reviews on 'Trust Pilot'(popular review website where nobody can delete reviews) and more negative reviews come up every week. Positive reviews are rare and sporadic. I've even seen cusyomers complaining on Facebook posts and Twitter posts of both e-wallets. Some of have gone to the extent of creating negative pages against those e-wallets.

I actually want to use Skrill or Neteller as a payment method and the sheer number of ever-increasing negative reviews have got me scared that even my account may got blocked for silly reasons(as people say) or the payments not processed(obviously withdrawals, nobody complains that Neteller or Skrill has ever rejected a deposit into it).

I also assume that there are many people who have faced problem with these e-wallets. So who writes those negative reviews? People who write negative reviews on both e-wallets appear to belong to different nationalities.

      TrustPilot Links

Links to TrustPilot reviews of both e-wallets are following :

Do you agree with Skrill's TrustScore? Voice your opinion today and hear what 24,804 customers have already said.

      &

Do you agree with NETELLER's TrustScore? Voice your opinion today and hear what 2,697 customers have already said.

Almost every other reviewer has complained about lack of customer service. Maybe the lack of customer service could be an excuse. But confiscating balance of customers without giving any proper reason is inexcusable.

I am from India. Bet365, Betfair, Betway, Matchbook and Pinnacle have tens of thousands of customers from India. Any of those sportsbooks would accept it themselves. Paddypower, Bwin, Bet-at-home, Skybet and Betdaq are blocked in India. William Hill is not blocked but it does not accept customers from India.

By the way, people complaining on TrustPilot and Twitter are from many countries. They are not only from India. and oh yeah, check Alexa pages of Skrill and Neteller. India generates the highest traffic for websites.

I have used skrill without any problems for years.

Their customer service sucks, and is slow, im guessing thats the bulk of complaints.

            Neteller's traffic

This is Alexa's page on Neteller's traffic :

9.4% traffic is generated from India. No other country generates as much traffic for Neteller.

Yes, as I said in my first post that I expect such customers who have not faced any problem regarding payment. I only want to know why bookmakers like Pinnacle, Betfair or Matchbook are insisting me to use Skrill or Neteller while both e-wallets are getting such negative reviews. If those negative reviewers are really facing any problem then how bookmakers would support such e-wallets.

Also, if they process payments then I do not care how customer service works. I only got scared with those complaints which mentioned withdrawals not getting process, amount confiscated and accounts closed without any explanation.

i used skrill for years also before it got banned in canada.

they are probably the.most legit site out there.

the reviews were probably.done by bonus abusers or users that could not verify there accounts

Thanks for your reply. I agree. Skrill used to be a very reliable e-wallet. Some of my friends used it without hassle. The problem probably started after they were acquired by Paysafe group. Deliberate arbitrage, steam betting, bonus abuse are obviously problems.

                      SiteJabber reviews of Skrill

SiteJabber is another review website where Skrill has got many negative reviews recently. As it seems, Skrill was a reliable e-wallet until 2016 and problems began with change of ownership. SiteJabber link of Skrill reviews :

183 reviews for Skrill, 1.5 stars: 'Too many fees. This is what happened. I withdrew 9750 AED and received only 9050 AED. 700AED (200USD) is gone. Is this a scam or not? Can you believe you just lose 200 usd to send money to your own bank?'

Those that are satisfied don't tend to write reviews. Something to think about.

That is a good point. But how do they get TrustScore of 1.2 out of 10(Both Skrill and Neteller) when even the biggest shopping website of world manages to get 6,5 out of 10(Amazon : http://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.amazon.com )

En tro pay is also accepted by Betting companies and they manage to get 8.2 out of 10 on Trustpilot.

Amazon also gets lot of negative reviews but they positive ones too. Somehow Skrill and Neteller have got a whole lot of negative reviews.

use skrill. I've used both and although both are very safe, skrill is the better option

I actually wanted to use either Skrill or Neteller because no bank of my country would process credit card deposit to any betting company. Skrill and Neteller have been popular deposit methods for Indian punters for long but anything I am finding about them on internet is negative(TrustPilot reviews, SiteJabber reviews, replies of Neteller users on Neteller's Twitter, comments of Neteller users on recent articles written about Neteller). That is worrisome for me.
