Gotta take WAS with Scherzer at this price right? Usually in the 200s when he is pitching... Thoughts?

From the contrarian standpoint it seems odd that this line is so low and it has even dropped since the open.
The books are getting action on Wash, both in bets and money. This line drop is a little bit of RLM, but at this point that big money likes the Washington value.
I fell like the market has shifted money towards the Under during the day and think the Over is a decent market read.
Any action, from the back end, that I would consider sharp on this total has gone both ways with the Under 8 and Over 7.5 each getting hit.
