Shoot me a pm if you can. Liberty Bell on 5th & Market so about 15 minute drive. I’d suggest just parking near stadium and just ubering around town. Art museum in far end of city probably 10 miles from stadium (as reference stadium in S. Philly liberty bell center city art museum west of that).
