Are we trying to run back Tommy Fleetwood or what?

He does wash his hair 12 times a day.

Garcia at 100/1 is a great play; wish I could get that in LV.

Gonna be unseasonably nice weather here in stl this week, not sure who that helps or whatever but after a disgustingly humid 99 fukkin degrees yesterday we now have a cold front coming thru the area w rain today then supposed to be mid to upper 80s with less humidity through the weekend!

I’m a square I’ll take tiger like always, god he better just win one more to make me feel justified throwing money away on him every major! Lol. I had him to finish top 5 in British so of course the mfer finishes 6th!! Lol

Tiger had a strange year, lots of his skills are still there but he cannot out it all together or hit lots of birdies

11 dogleg left's on this course, A lefty that fades or a right hander with a draw may have an edge. Zach Johnson, Patrick Reed, Phil and Bubba may have some value

Regular stop before a major: http://www.fantasygolfreport.com/201...p-preview.html ... for stuff like this:

We've got a very long wet par 71 golf course with wide fairways and crappy greens so driving distance should be rewarded while sketchy putting will get off with a very light sentence if there is any penalty at all. Good putters hate big slow greens because the reason they're good putters in the first place is that they are so adept at matching line and speed. If you negate their ability to determine the latter, poof goes much of their advantage.

Outside of some obvious picks, FGR likes Luke List as a sleeper, @ 140/1 ... makes the point that August in Missouri isn't ideal for the greens and course could shape up nicely for longer hitters like List. List also made a splash in the British Open and the Scottish Open before that.

                                                        Take a breath. Then reread.

                                                        1) Didn't say "I think he's going to win a major" - I simply said a guy, whose opinion I put stock into, referred to List as a "sleeper", ie. worth a shot at long odds.

                                                        2) Reason being the course sets up to reward long, even inaccurate hitters and minimize punishment for poor putters - that's List.

                                                        And that's FantasyGolfReport's take.

My 2 cents is that he did well last month in the Scottish Open (putter was scorching and tied a single-round course record) and at the British Open.

All of the above means: I like taking a shot here at 140/1 and not "I think List is going to win the PGA".

It doesn’t matter what the odds are if he isn’t going to win. He’s had an awful year and has no shot to win.
