Never underestimate the openers. Remember, I define a sharp line as one that does its job in serving the originators' and bookmakers' purposes.

Maybe you are defining it as the end result once those purposes have been served.

The one thing I don't like betting about futures is that none of these US serving offshore books allow you to get that much money down on season win total future. I mean you want me to wait 6-9 months and only allow me to bet a few hundred dollars? What books allow the highest limits?

I have many Futures in Tahoe and was pissed when I had to rip up Cavs futures against GS. Basically cancelled an extra trip up because I had nothing to collect.
