Anything over $2-3K and they are going to want a players card. It's the dog days of summer. Those books are a ghost town.

You have to report anything over 10,000, you could try not to report it and hope they don’t see it but if they catch you with it they can seize it because you didn’t tell them. It’s not a crime to bring the money over. It is a crime to not declare it

MGM properties definitely best option. However, id always suggest breaking it up into multiple bets and walk to several casinos and break the slips up. Several reasons why this is good advice.

MGM properties won't even know it's you unless it's some random game that has no action but yours. Yes avoid players card. You won't get any comps for sports betting anyways.
Tax papers come out if the ticket is over 10k so a 5k ticket at + money will hill will have you sign all kinds of bs and MGM even has paperwork. If lines are that different hit a couple properties, do MGM, planet Hollywood, cross the street and hit cosmo
