Have same issue on both PC and mac in chrome or explorer. Saves me from blowing points in the casino I guess

I had this issue and downloaded firefox and it works like a charm.

Most stuff is not made for an Apple computer so get with the program and get the real stuff

I found a site that helped me get it back up when I had the same problem a few months ago. Can't remember what I did, but I've lost a few thousand points because I figured it out.

jay...have you tried using a different browser? Also did you clear cookies? Let us knwo if this helps...we will be looking at this to get it corrected. Next time you get the error think you could screen shot it and PM me?

I had same problem for a long time. In the popup window for whatever game you are trying to play, click on the "lock" icon in the address bar (which is left of the word "Secure") and go to site settings. Within that go to the flash option and make sure it is on "allow" (default is that it is on "ask").

That fixed the problem for me - give that a try if you haven't!

On Chrome, click the SECURE/ lock icon in the address bar, probably need to change setting from BLOCKED to ALLOW the site to use flash as I think it most sites are are flash blocked by deafult.

Try Firefox. It will work I guess. Worked for me.
